I was interested in working with Connect Homes so I reached out trying to setup an on-site visit to discuss my options and was told someone would contact me but 2 weeks later and nothing. Love the concept and style but their customer service seems to be lacking which makes me question how the actual construction process would be.Update on this review: Connect Homes never even bothered to contact me — I even had my girlfriend reach out to them to see if she could get a response because we were serious about working with them but same story, they just ignored her too. In the meantime, the lot we were interested in ended up selling. It's truly unbelievable and disappointing that this is how they operate. I really wanted this to work out as I felt they were the best pre-fab option available.

Current client. Fired Connect - did not see their install team for months at a time(?) so unprofessional. When they did show up they were a bunch of ex cons (I’m not kidding and all for the rehabilitation of workers but Connect Homes has a responsibility to divulge this information especially working on a family home)If considering Connect Homes - you are reading this for a reason. Please do not put your family through the misery we have been dealing with for over 2 years. This was hands down the worst decision my husband and I have ever made. Honestly, I cannot believe Connect Homes is still in business.

Amazing company; forward-thinking, listen to customers, quality product, incredibly clean factory floor, all-in founders with unusual passion for the product that you wish every company had. Their model home in Mar Vista is gorgeous and their team of architects seasoned. I look forward to working with them soon!

It's a nice concept, however the execution could be better. We visited an open house, and saw a bunch of issues such as the MDF kitchen cabinets were already delaminating, corners were crooked, drywall was poorly completed. The home was bright, and modern design is nice but the craftsmanship was poor.
